All models are inspected upon arrival and if any flaws are noticed, we contact the dentist and discuss how we should proceed. All working models are duplicated to preserve original*. Models are mounted and waxed up on fully adjustable articulators, carefully setting the bite plane to correspond to the condyles and incisal guide angle.

Nightguards are then invested into metal flasks, boiled out and then packed with the required acrylic.
